Tasting Notes
Light violet in colour, dense and dark. In the nose, it has a noble and intense profile. Notes of coffee, cane molasses, whipped cream, cedar, pine needles and light cigar. In the test, it is full, very fresh, voluminous and elegant. Great attack with long and fine tannins with a finale full of lively freshness. It also reveals notes of drier black plum and barley. To save, or to drink now.
