“This wine is based on elegance and quality.
In the cellar, the grapes were harvested at low temperatures to ensure the preservation of all the aromas and flavours of the grape varieties that make up this wine. Fermented in stainless steel vats and partially aged on fine fermentation lees. It shows great freshness and an intense character.”

Tasting Notes
Composed of typical grape varieties of the region. The nose denotes yellow stone fruits, citrus, and notes of ripe peach. It goes great with light dishes of fish and white meats due to the freshness it demonstrates, as well as its intense character. Due to its freshness, it can be allowed to warm up a little in the glass, without losing its drinking desirability.

In the wine cellar, these grapes were harvested at low temperatures in order to preserve all the intensity of the aromas. This wine fermented in stainless steel vats and partially aged on fine fermentation lees for 6 months in barrels of French oak. Shows great freshness and an intense character.

Tasting Notes
Comprising the Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Viognier grape varieties, this wine presents a good volume and complexity, provided by the work of lees in tub and its stage in barrels. Acidity is present, but is balanced, and the wine is yellow in colour, with greenish overtones. The nose presents notes of ripe fruit, together with green notes of fresh-cut grass. The minerality that the partial fermentation and stage in barrel transmitted to it allow this wine to be appreciated outside a meal, as well as an accompaniment to dishes of lean meat and fish.
